- In usual practice, your order would be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 working hours, provided that there is no issue on payment settlement or stock availability. We will keep intimate communication with you by email or call if necessary, in case of any accidental incidents during the order processing and delivery arrangement.
- We understand that customers would always urge to know when he/she could receive the product after it is paid. Therefore, our system is enabled to automatically send email notifications (Alerts) to you in different phases during the shipment:

- Convenience Store Pickup (7-Eleven or Circle K), by Yamato*
- Local Delivery by Yamato
- LockerLife by Yamato**
- Delivery hours would be entirely based on the policy of courier agent.
- For customers from Macau areas, our delivery would be by S.F. Express.
- Shipping surcharge is calculated according to either the actual gross weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is the greater; and is aligned with the standard delivery rates of corresponding courier agent.
- Customer should state clearly and precisely, in English, the postal address, valid name and contact numbers (mobile phone number is better) of the Person in Contact. For any parcel return or delivery failure which is owing to customer incorrect information on the postal address and contacts, the shipping charge that customer has paid shall not be refunded; the shipping charge of re-delivery of the ordered stock shall be on behalf of the customer.
- As courier agent requires a signature on delivery, they will leave a calling card if you are not at home. Please contact the courier agent to reschedule delivery. The shipping charge of re-delivery of the ordered stock (if any) shall be on behalf of the customer.
- Please kindly note that it is not possible to expedite your delivery and receive your package earlier than the scheduled delivery date once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse or already in transit. Therefore, we are unable to accept requests for expedited delivery.
How if you want to modify your postal address and other information: If you have not yet received shipment notification, please contact us as soon as possible by email or call our Customer Support Hotline +852-91981984 and details as here, we would try our best to offer assistance.
- Locations outside major city areas may require additional 1-2 business days for delivery. Outside major city areas include but are not limited to Hei Ling Chau, Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Lantau, Ma Wan, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island, Soko Island, Sunshine Island and Park Island.
- We could not guarantee any change of shipment schedule which may be impacted by changes that may happen during arrangement within the courier agent, Hong Kong statutory holidays, traffic situation, weather conditions and the like.
- In case of any problems with your delivery, we will be in direct contact with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We preserve the rights of adjusting the shipping charge at any time without prior notice, aligning with price changes of courier agent at any time.
- This Shipping Policy is only applicable for shipment within Hong Kong region.
